Roof Replacement

Residential roof replacement in Pennsylvania & New Jersey

Full tear-off and replacement with complete roofing systems, installed by our own crews and backed by a written scope before work begins.

Residential roof replacement

Your roof is your home’s first line of defense against the elements. When repairs stop solving the problem, a full replacement gives you a new, watertight system from the deck up.

We replace asphalt shingle roofs on single-family homes across Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Most of our recent replacements use Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles installed with matching system components. We also replace slate, metal and flat roofs.

Asphalt shingle roofing: a reliable, stylish choice

Thermal performance

A properly ventilated shingle roof reduces heat build-up in the attic, which helps keep upstairs rooms comfortable in summer.

Weather resistance

Architectural shingles are built to resist wind, rain and hail when installed to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Budget-friendly

Asphalt shingles are one of the most cost-effective roofing materials, with strong performance for the price.

Low upkeep

Occasional inspections and minor repairs are usually all an asphalt roof needs over its life.

Design flexibility

A wide range of colors and profiles lets you match the roof to your home’s brick, siding and trim.

Recyclable materials

Many shingles contain recycled content, and tear-off material can often be recycled.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a roof replacement take?

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how many layers we remove and the weather. Your written estimate includes the expected schedule.

Do I need to be home during the work?

No. We do need access to the driveway and exterior outlets, and we will walk the finished roof with you or send photos if you are away.

Will you replace damaged decking?

If we find rotted or damaged decking after tear-off, we show you and replace it as needed so the new roof has a solid base.

Do you offer financing?

Ask during your estimate. Payment options are explained in writing before work is scheduled.
