Flat Roofing
Membrane roofing for flat & low-slope sections
EPDM, TPO and modified bitumen roofs for porches, additions, garages and rowhomes, flashed properly into the rest of your roof.
Flat & low-slope roofing for homes
Porches, additions, dormers, garages and rowhomes often have flat or low-slope sections. Shingles are not designed for these areas, so they need a membrane system that keeps standing water out.
We install and repair EPDM, TPO and modified bitumen roofs, and tie them into the surrounding shingle roof with proper flashing so the transitions do not leak.
Flat roofing systems we install
EPDM
A durable rubber membrane with a long track record on residential flat roofs.
TPO
A reflective single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams that reduces heat gain.
Modified bitumen
A multi-layer asphalt system that handles foot traffic on decks and porches.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my flat roof keep leaking?
Most flat roof leaks start at seams, flashing and drains, or where ponding water sits for days. An inspection pinpoints the cause before you decide between repair and replacement.
Can a flat roof be replaced at the same time as my shingle roof?
Yes, and it is usually the best time. Replacing both together lets us flash the transition properly.
