Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, Touchstone operates at the intersection of commodities trading and logistics — sourcing materials from approved suppliers and delivering them to project sites, district warehouses, and agency depots on time, on spec, and on budget. Our team brings experience in state and federal government procurement, bulk commodities supply, and infrastructure project support. We are registered in the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and hold active vendor status with multiple state departments of transportation. Touchstone is expanding its national footprint, with vendor registrations across all 50 states targeted by September 2026.

Government Procurement Support
We participate in state and federal competitive bid processes — responding to ITBs, RFQs, and term contract solicitations from DOTs, USACE, FHWA, and other agencies. Our SAM.gov registration and growing state vendor footprint position us to respond quickly to procurement opportunities nationwide.
Logistics Coordination
We coordinate bulk material delivery across multiple states, working with regional freight carriers, bulk haulers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery to project locations — including remote and high-volume DOT maintenance sites.
