Legal warranty

All non-living products sold by Yukishrimp are covered by the legal warranty under Dutch and EU consumer law. This means that products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and functionality.

If a product is defective or does not function properly under normal use, you are entitled to:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply if:

• Damage is caused by improper use

• The product has been modified by the customer

• Damage is caused by negligence or incorrect maintenance

• Natural wear and tear occurs

Reporting a problem

Please report any defect within a reasonable time after discovering it by emailing:
