Delivery

We carefully pack all orders to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 15:00 are shipped the same day*

• Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends are shipped the next working day

• Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination

• Shipping costs are shown during checkout

Live animals are shipped with special care, including insulated packaging and heat/cool packs when needed.

Returns (non-living products)

You have the right to return non-living products within 14 days after receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Product must be returned in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Live animals (shrimp)

Due to the nature of live animals, returns are not possible.

However, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee:

• If shrimp arrive dead (DOA), contact us within 2 hours after delivery

• Send clear photos of the unopened bag and the animals

• We will provide a suitable solution (refund or replacement, depending on the case)
