How can I pay?

You can pay safely with us using iDEAL, Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer.

Shipping costs vary by country. You’ll see the shipping costs displayed at checkout when you enter a country.

In the Netherlands, we charge a packaging and shipping fee for orders up to €50. The cost is €5.86. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

If you order before 3 PM Monday through Thursday, we’ll ship the same day. International shipping is Monday through Wednesday.

We ship with DPD parcel post. They usually deliver within 48 hours. After placing your order, you’ll receive a message from us letting you know when your package is shipped. This message contains a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track your package.

Naturally, we ensure that the shrimps are packaged in such a way that they can be transported without any problems.

Can I change or cancel an order?

As long as you haven’t received shipping confirmation from us, you can still change or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@yukishrimp.nl . If the package has been handed over to DPD, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. You can, however, return your order. Please register your return with us first for further instructions.

Yes, all non-living products are covered by the legal warranty in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law. If a product is defective or does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact our customer service for a suitable solution.

Live animals cannot be returned.

For other products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs you incur are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@yuishrimp.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
